An important contributor to our longevity and success is our commitment to providing a safe working environment for our team and all people on site, giving our clients peace of mind. We are determined to always do things ‘by the book’, a policy that has always served us well and kept our clients happy.
OH&S
Our entire team is fully trained and committed to working safely to provide service excellence, while positively enhancing our clients’ residential or commercial environments.
GreenScope Property Services is 100% compliant with the Queensland Occupational Health and Safety Act. We have in place and regularly revise and update the following:
- Workplace Health & Safety policy
- Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Job Safety Analyses (JSA)
- Risk management procedures
- Full emergency procedures
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for any chemicals used
Environment
At GreenScope Property Serviceswe are committed to best environmental practice and we takefull responsibility for our environmental performance.
Prior to any work performed, we conduct an Environmental Impact Assessment to ensure that the natural environment is preserved as required by regulations. We ensure we only use approved chemical treatments that do not bear a negative effect on the environment (air, earth or water), plants or animals. We also aim for minimal use of water and energy. We use licensed and appropriate organisationsfor waste disposal.
We comply with Council noise management requirements and all our equipment is regularly maintained such that air emissions are minimised.
Quality
Quality is important to our business because we enormously value our customers. GreenScope Property Services strives to provide customers with services thatmeet and even exceed their expectations.
We monitor customer satisfaction and set objectives for continuous improvement. We analyse the causes of any complaints and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence.
Insurance
We are fully insured to the regulations for Public liability and Work Cover.
